These past few days my dad has been helping me paint my room. It's almost done and it's looking great! I was going for a classy gothic look. The color scheme is gray through out the room. The wall that the headboard is resting on it is a dark gray and so is the arc at the bathroom entrance, while the rest of the room is a light gray.
I also had a random idea to paint the bathroom a glossy black. Not the entire bathroom just the toilet room. It looks really cool. Who would've thought that black walls looked so good in a bathroom.

ReplyDeleteThere's a house in Honolulu that's kind of famous...it has a 20s'-style Art Deco bathroom, stark black and white, old-fashioned Chinese-style wooden gridwork.

I want to see the outcome. In high school I went bold with my room. I painted my walls red and my bedroom set was black with gold trimmings.

ReplyDeleteOooooo I knew someone who had a dark purple glossy bathroom with black shimmery tiles on the floor. Black toilet and a sink that looked like a bowl but it was almost a glittery copper color. They had a vintage light as well. Very eerie, but very calm at the same time. If you wanted a bathroom idea there you go! Haha
